"Monster", released on May 19, 2010, is a Song by Arashi, a Japanese boy band that has been active since 1999. You can see our other posts on Arashi here. So this song was used a the theme song for the Drama Kaibutsu-kun. Satoshi Ohno, Arashi's leader, played the main character. In the drama Kaibutsu-kun is a demon prince sent to the human world with companions for training. The music video it's self is dark, and entertaining. The video starts out with a small castle rotating in silence, then cutting to the song. Arashi dances in black outfits with white shirts, in front of a huge clock.There is a part of the video where carousel like music plays and Arashi dances in shadow each like a piece of clockwork. You can't quite tell who is who in this part so it is interesting. The song actually tells the story of a monster in love, promising that they really do love you and will search for you if they are reborn.
